Working closely with one of our digital agency partners, webqem, Business Copywriter was commissioned as a digital content writer to undertake a comprehensive review of the existing Chubb website. This included providing recommendations for the new site architecture and page structure, as well as writing new content for site.
Easier page navigation and improved user experience were key requirements, as was the need for copy that engaged site visitors with a professional, yet friendly tone of voice.
Given that the Chubb website needed a complete overhaul, we participated in a number of briefing workshops with the main stakeholders to determine the site objectives, desired content to be included, sitemap structure and project timelines.
Business Copywriter played an instrumental role in providing key recommendations, particularly on the page/sitemap structure and how this would help achieve the best possible user experience for site visitors.
